Soldiers in Afghanistan
The Port Perry Dental Centre is very proud to have made a donation of 1968 oral hygiene kits containing tooth brushes, toothpaste, and floss. A kit for every soldier serving in Afghanistan was delivered in time for the holiday season. The donation was made after learning that, due to budget cuts, the federal government no longer provides soldiers with these basic items.

Bike for Stroke
The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada is helping to better understand the root causes of heart disease and stroke. For the last 5 years Port Perry Dental Centre has organized a team and gathered donations to help support this worthwhile cause.

Sports Mouthguard Clinic
Every year for the past 8 years with all donations being donated to the Scugog Arena, Lakeridge Health Port Perry Hospital Foundations, Scugog Big Brothers Big Sisters and other local charitable organizations.

In addition to the many community events the Port Perry Dental Centre has participated in, we are also proud to sponsor teams in the Scugog Soccer Club and the Port Perry Minor Hockey League. Port Perry Dental Centre has also partnered with the Durham District School Board to provide co-operative education placements for students from Port Perry High School.
